How to Enter

1. You must be following WeatherBeeta Dog on Instagram @weatherbeetadog
2. You must then tag three friends you would love to share the prize with in the competition
3. Ensure your tagged friends are also following WeatherBeeta Dog on Instagram

Entry is free and open to Australian residents. No purchase is necessary to participate. Entry to the Promotion commences on 15/05/23 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 05/06/23

Eligibility to enter

Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a prize if they are drawn as a winner. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter, form part of these Terms and Conditions. To enter, you must be at least 13 years of age and a must be a citizen of Australia. Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Entrants aged under 18 years). If any prize winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner entering the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the discretion of the Promoter.

Entry into the Promotion

The participants must complete the following steps within the promotion period:

1. Entrants must ensure they are FOLLOWING WeatherBeeta Dog @weatherbeetadog on Instagram

2. Entrants must tag three friends in the competition post on Instagram

3. All three tagged friends must then follow WeatherBeeta Dog on Instagram for the entrant be eligible to win.

Entries are limited to one per Entrant. Entries must be submitted by the Entrant; automated entries will not be valid. WeatherBeeta employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.

Prizes

There will be five (5) Winners.

Each winner will win: One (1) WeatherBeeta Dog Collar, 1x Dog Lead and 1x WeatherBeeta Dog Coat.

Total prize pool: $949.99.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If prizes are not available in the Winner's designated size or colour, an alternative WeatherBeeta prize will be awarded of equal value.

Prize Draw

This is a game of chance, the winner will be picked via a random comment picker generator. The judging will take place within the first 3 business days after the end of the promotion period. The winner will be notified via email within 7 business days after the end of the promotion period, they will be asked to send their details and preferred prize selection, sizes and colours via email. The Winners will also be announced on the WeatherBeeta Dog Instagram account. The prizes will be sent to the winners via mail.

Inappropriate Content

Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered.

Rights

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner.
