Horseland Online does not hold your Credit Card or Pay Pal details. Horseland Online Credit Card Payments are made through Secure Pay proven and secure banking gateway for real time Credit Card validation and transaction processing. Online Backorder Policy
Backorders will be accepted for selected products which are available for purchase online. Stock availability will be checked as part of the standard order placement process. Where stock is available, customers will be contacted to confirm the stock is available and the full order will be despatched on customer approval to proceed. Where stock is not available, customers will be contact and will be provided the option to select an alternative product and modify order and resubmit the order, elect to remove the product which is on back order and either resubmit the order without the backordered item, or cancel the order.
