Shipping and Delivery Information

  • A flat rate of $14.95 is charged for each order.
  • We deliver throughout Australia to your Home or Business Address. If you are purchasing a gift, we deliver to your gift recipient's address within Australia. 
  • Each order requires a single delivery point.  
  • You will receive an email with tracking order instructions when you place your order, please double check your email Inbox to make sure the tracking order instructions are not in your 'Junk Mail' folder.
  • Orders place before 12pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, will be dispatched same day after payment has been accepted and is subject to stock availability.
  • Delivery takes 5 business days in Metro Areas, 8 business days in Regional Areas and up to 10 days in Rural areas.  
  • PLEASE NOTE: ONLINE DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES OR RMBS IS NOT AVAILABLE.
  • ITEMS LONGER THAN 105CM IN LENGTH WILL REQUIRE A NON-PO BOX ADDRESS AS THEY ARE SENT SEPARATELY.

It’s recommended that you consider where you will be during business hours, to ensure you provide a delivery address that is suitable for you.  For example, if you are working we recommend you have your order delivered to your work address where you can sign receipt of delivery.

If you are not home to receive your order, it will be left at your address, considering any delivery instructions you have provided. Where you are not available to be at your address to accept your order, you accept liability of your purchased items being left at your delivery address door. Please ensure you understand our Lost or Stolen Order Policy.

Lost or Stolen Order Policy
We strongly recommend you ensure you are available to sign receipt of your online order, or we will need to leave your order at your door.  Weatherbeeta receives confirmation from our freight carrier to confirm parcel delivery, however we cannot be responsible for your orders being stolen from your door should you not be available to sign receipt of your order. Please ensure you provide a suitable delivery address during business hours such as your work address to help reduce your liability.

In certain cases the delivery driver may deem certain premises unsuitable for safe drop. In these instances the driver’s discretion is used if they feel that the article will be safer at the nearest post office or depot.


Australia Post Delivery Information

To monitor your order, we recommend downloading the Australia Post Mobile App and Tracking Tool. This app provides the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information provided by Australia Post. If your order is more than 15 business days late, please lodge a late item enquiry with Australia Post; which can also be completed by using the Australia Post Mobile app.
